Anonymous Accounts: Anonymous accounts are stored on I WILL™ servers and associated with your device ID. They are not tied to an email address or Apple Sign-In, and access may not be recoverable if you lose access to your device, uninstall the app, or clear app data.

Personal information collected through I WILL™ is used exclusively to:
- Operate and maintain the platform
- Enable user-requested features
- Moderate submitted text and images for safety
- Improve platform performance and security
- Fulfill legal or regulatory obligations when required
I WILL™ does not sell personal data.
4. Automated Safety Moderation
I WILL™ uses an automated third-party moderation service to process submitted text and images for safety. This includes photos you attach to a check-in, a profile, a circle or a challenge, and the photo and video captured inside a proof record. For a video, a single frame is sampled from it and that frame is what the service processes; the video itself is not sent.
5. Moderation Availability
Submitted content may be rejected when the automated safety-moderation service is unavailable.
6. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- The accuracy of information they submit
- Decisions regarding how records are shared or utilized
- Understanding how third parties may interpret records
I WILL™ does not certify, verify, or endorse user-generated content or outcomes.
Any reliance on platform records occurs independently of I WILL™ and without Company endorsement.
7. Platform Purpose & Limitations
I WILL™ is designed as a documentation tool and does not function as a verification, certification, or compliance system.
Use of the platform does not:
- Establish legal compliance
- Satisfy regulatory requirements
- Create legally enforceable proof
Any verification or compliance services operate separately under distinct governance frameworks.
8. Data Security
I WILL™ implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. Check-in captions and images are sent to our servers for safety moderation and storage.
However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. Users should exercise appropriate discretion when submitting sensitive information.
9. Data Export & Deletion
You may delete individual check-ins and export a copy of your data at any time from the Profile screen within the app. You may also request full account deletion. We delete or de-identify associated personal data, subject to lawful retention requirements, and process cleanup of associated external media.
10. Ethical Data Principles
I WILL™ is built on principles of:
- Transparency
- User agency
- Minimal data collection
- Responsible safety moderation
The platform does not coerce behavior or enforce specific outcomes. Where you take part in a challenge, a creator page, or a Circle that displays a leaderboard, the Service computes an activity measure — for example completions, submissions, or longest streak — from records you created, and ranks participants by it. That measure is derived from your own activity, is shown only within the surface it belongs to, and carries no consequence elsewhere in the Service.
11. Children and Minimum Age
I WILL™ is intended for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account or use the Service, as stated in our Terms of Service. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that account and the personal data associated with it. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@iwill.now and we will act on it.
